When you send us your empty cartridges, just mark when you want us to send the next refills, and we take care of the rest. It's as easy as that! Four easy steps to always having ink the EZ Way:

Sign Up - Just select "Ready to Order"
Receive Full Ink - We will send you fresh full cartridges ready to go in your printer as soon as you need them. They will come in a prepaid package to send back your empty cartridges.
Send Back Empties - Mail back your empty cartridges in the same box your full cartridges came in using the prepaid shipping label. Fresh cartridges refill best, so PLEASE send them back as soon as they are empty.
Choose Frequency - Choose when you want us to send your next full ink. Standard times are 1 month. 3 months, or 6 months, but you can specify any time you would like. This rotation works to print as much or as little as you want. If you end of needing ink sooner, no problem! Just call us or email us and we will move your order up. If it takes you longer to use up your ink, no problem! We've sealed up your full cartridges to maximize their shelf life. Just wait until you have empties, put your full cartridges in, and send in your empties for your next refills.
