We really debated about how to do shipping for EZ Solution™ and other ink cartridge orders. Many places out there offer free shipping for orders over a large dollar amount, but charge you $7-$9 of shipping if you are below that amount. The problem there is that it discourages the very type of orders that will give you the greatest convenience and best print quality. The fresher ink cartridges are, the better they refill and the better they print. So it is much better to send your empty cartridges in as soon as they are empty rather than letting them dry out while you wait to make a big order. We also want to make sure we are getting your full cartridges out to you when you need them even if it is a small order. On the other side if we did free shipping for every order we would just have to increase the cost of the refills since we are still waiting for the post office to introduce their free shipping program.  We wanted shipping to be reasonable; to encourage getting your cartridges refilled when you need them and they are fresh; and to reward you when a big order does make sense.
